- JOB SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Management: Managing workflow system/policy login system & Handle production IT issues.





- Responsible for identification and resolution of IT issues.

- Ensuring systemic resolution of IT production outages.
- Identify and support new development areas to make customer journey smoother.
- Will need to work with internal stakeholders including IT, & Field ops for closure / RCA and resolution of IT stuck cases and their respective follow ups till issue get resolve permanently.

Measures of Success

- Adherence to timely mail response, Resolution of IT issues, testing and launch timelines
- Timely monitoring and closure of defects
- Timely & defect free delivery of new Tech requirements

Key competencies/skills required

- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills with ability to handle business partner
- Multi-tasking capabilities with Eye for Detail.
- Knowledge of MS-Excel/ WORD

Desired qualification and experience

- Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Operations
