Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking to hire a Team Manager for GGB India vertical. As the GGB India vertical, you will be responsible to manage various processes like revenue booking process for direct clients per IRDAI guidelines. You will lead a team and ensure the smooth and efficient transition & delivery of various shared services functions to internal stakeholders.
Your role will involve driving billed and unbilled revenue reconciliation. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the shared services team. You will be interacting with the team who are present in Mumbai and Pune. Exposure to excel and its formula is a definite plus
How you'll make an impact
.Responsibilities
- Manage & enhance Revenue Booking, validate Renewal entries and perform checks on weekly basis
- Perform regular audits - Brokerage amounts, resolving discrepancies, establish clear guidance for pendency clearance, always ensure compliance per IRDAI standards
- Create, verify, and issue RBS, coordinate with Brokers & RMs for timely payments, and maintain organized pendency records
- Suggest and implement improvements to revenue booking processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams, communicate with clients, work with underwriters, and liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations and compliance
Assist in preparing renewal reports, analyze zero brokerages, and support audits with necessary documentation
Assist in p
Coordinate closely with brokers to ensure smooth processing of all transactions, maintaining clear communication and addressing issues promptly

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 year of experience of Quality Analysis in Insurance domain & reconciliation process
- Preferred Degree: Graduate in Finance/Accounting or Postgraduate with any Specialization
- Technical Proficiency and Understanding of Insurance service
- Excellent Written and Oral communication skills

- This position is in a temperature-controlled office environment. The noise level in the work workplace is usually light to moderate.
