Role Description The Assistant Manager role at EMI PROTECTED GUARD is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Patna Area.

The Assistant

Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with mobile retailers and finance partners, and support the implementation and maintenance of the EMI SAFE GUARD platform.

Responsibilities include monitoring account activity, assisting with device management workflows, resolving operational issues, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. The role also involves supporting customer service teams, training staff on processes and system features,



and collaborating with management to improve efficiency and compliance.

The Assistant

Manager will contribute to meeting performance targets and maintaining high service standards across all local operations.

Qualifications

- Operational management and coordination skills, with experience overseeing daily activities and process execution.
- Customer service and stakeholder communication skills to work effectively with retailers, finance partners, and internal teams.
- Basic technical aptitude and familiarity with software or mobile device tools, with the ability to learn MDM platforms.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify issues, propose solutions, and support process improvements.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Patna Area and collaborate in a structured, team-oriented environment.
- Relevant education such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in mobile retail, finance, lending operations, or technology services will be considered an advantage.
