WE’RE HIRING | ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER A leading NBFC headquartered in Thrissur, Kerala is looking for an experienced and responsible Assistant Branch Manager to manage branch operations, business targets, customer service, compliance, and loan recovery activities.

Locations:

- Karukachal
- Piravom
- Saibaba Colony
- Sundarapuram
- Kunnamkulam

Work Mode: On-Site

Salary: ₹23,000/month

Qualification: Any UG/PG

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Conduct morning meetings and cascade management instructions
- Monitor branch business targets and loan recovery
- Verify vouchers, registers, system entries, and branch transactions
- Handle final-level authorization and end-of-day processes
- Manage branch cash, bank positions, remittances, and BRS
- Ensure compliance with statutory licenses and audit requirements
- Handle customer complaints and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor pledged items and ensure proper verification
- Maintain branch documents, records, and customer database




- Oversee branch administration and maintain branch discipline
- Participate in business promotion and customer engagement activities

Ideal Candidate

✅ Experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services / Branch Operations preferred

✅ Strong knowledge of branch operations and financial processes

✅ Good customer service and communication skills

✅ Exposure to loan recovery and business development is an advantage

✅ Strong compliance, documentation, and administrative skills

✅ Ability to manage branch targets and daily operations independently
