Open Positions

1. Assistant Director – CRC (Engineering & Technology Domain)

- Qualifications: Technical Undergraduate degree (B.Tech / B.E.) AND an MBA from a recognized university/institution.
- Experience: 15–20+ years of relevant experience in campus placements, corporate relations, and executive networking, with a proven track record in engineering and technology talent acquisition.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic placement operations to drive 100% placement outcomes across B.Tech, M.Tech, and dual-degree programs.
- Build long-term, strategic partnerships with global Tech MNCs, core engineering firms, Fortune 500s, and high-growth startups.
- Conceptualize leadership series, industry visits, CXO summits, and sponsored corporate projects.
- Lead, mentor, and drive performance across the CRC team.

2. Manager – CRC (Engineering & Technology Domain)

- Qualifications: Technical Undergraduate degree (B.Tech / B.E.)



AND an MBA from a recognized university/institution.
- Experience: 7–10 years of experience in corporate outreach, campus recruitment, and key account management within top-tier higher education institutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Map target engineering sectors and onboard prospective corporate recruiters.
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end recruitment drives and summer internship programs.
- Coordinate with industry experts to conduct skill-gap assessments, soft skills training, and mock interview drives.
- Maintain and update corporate databases, managing relationship pipelines with key HR stakeholders.
