About the Role
nWe’re looking for a curious and driven HRBP Management Trainee to kickstart their HR journey. You’ll work closely with business teams and HR leaders, gaining hands-on exposure across recruitment, employee experience, and core HR operations.

nWhat You’ll Do

Drive recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviewsn
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and close roles efficientlyn
Support onboarding and create a excellent first-day experience for new hiresn
Maintain HR data and trackers, and generate basic insightsn
Contribute to engagement initiatives and HR projectsn
Act as a go-to support for day-to-day employee queriesn

Robust communication and stakeholder management skillsn
