SAP Data Migration Functional Consultant – Source-to-Pay (STP)

Position Summary

The SAP Data Migration Functional Consultant – Source-to-Pay (STP) is responsible for the end-to-end functional ownership of assigned SAP data migration objects supporting procurement and supplier-related business processes within a large global SAP S/4 HANA transformation program.

The consultant serves as the primary liaison between STP Business Process Teams, Business Data Owners, Data Construction SMEs, cross-functional value streams, and Data Migration Developers to ensure business requirements are translated into accurate migration designs, Functional Design Specifications (FDS), Field Mapping Documents (FMD), data cleansing strategies, relevancy rules, validation procedures, and successful production deployments.

The consultant is responsible for legacy data assessment and profiling, data relevancy analysis, data mapping, business data construction, migration testing, data validation, and cutover support for STP master and transactional data.

Business Partner – Supplier Purchasing Info Records Source Lists Purchasing Contracts Scheduling Agreements Open Purchase Requisitions Open Purchase Orders Supplier-related pricing and purchasing data Other procurement master and open transactional data included in the approved migration scope The exact migration object scope will be based on the SAP S/4 HANA solution design and approved project migration inventory.
