About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Finance & Accounts Executive to join our growing team at Rock ED.

This role is ideal for someone with a practical experience in core accounting, with exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and day-to-day finance operations.





We don't expect you to know everything from Day 1. What matters is having robust accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, a sense of ownership and the willingness to learn and grow as the organization scales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice verification, vendor accounting, payment processing and reconciliations Support Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, receipt accounting, customer reconciliations and payment follow-ups Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations Support monthly book closure and preparation of accounting schedules Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for financial transactions Support GST, TDS, Skilled Tax and other statutory compliance activities Coordinate with external auditors and consultants and provide required documents and schedules during audits Process and track
