Designation: US Accountant (Night Shift)

nKey Responsibilities
nCore Accounting Activities
n
- n
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processesn
- Perform bank entries and bank reconciliationsn
- Book sales and purchase invoicesn
- Pass journal entriesn
- Support cash management activitiesn

nGeneral Ledger & MIS
n
- n
- Maintain General Ledger recordsn
- Prepare and share AR/AP ageing reportsn
- Perform Gross Profit (GP) analysisn
- Conduct expense analysisn
- Prepare weekly work status reports in Exceln

nReporting & Closing
n
- n
- Prepare financial statements for US-based clientsn
- Perform balance sheet and account reconciliationsn
- Support month-end and year-end closing activitiesn
- Prepare and maintain MIS reportsn

nClient Communication
n
- n
- Assist in client reportingn
- Maintain documentation accuracy as per client formatsn
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveryn





nEligibility Criteria
nQualification:
nB.Com / M.Com or CA Inter (dropped / appeared) or ICWA Inter (Dropped / appeared)
nExperience:
n
- n
- 6 months to 2 years of International Accounting / US Accounting / KPO Accounting experiencen

nTechnical Skills:

- n
- Strong Excel skillsn
- Understanding of accounting fundamentalsn
- Knowledge of QuickBooks (preferred but not mandatory)n
