nKey Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.n
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on client requirements.n
- Conduct gap analysis and propose suitable Oracle HCM solutions.n
- Participate in workshops, CRP sessions, testing, training, and deployment activities.n
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.n
- Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments.n
- Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.n
- Analyze and resolve functional issues within agreed SLAs.n
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.n
nRequired Skills

- n
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM applications with at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.n
- Strong functional knowledge in one or more Oracle Fusion HCM modules:n

- Recruitment (ORC)n
- Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, and testing.n
- Knowledge of HCM security, BPM workflows, approval hierarchies, and reporting.n
- Experience working with HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and OTBI is preferred.n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.n
- Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment.n
