- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.n
- Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders.n
- Configure Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and Absence modules.n
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, HDL loads, and HCM Extracts.n
- Design security roles, workflows, and approval hierarchies.n
- Integrate Oracle HCM with payroll and third-party applications.n
- Create OTBI reports, BI Publisher reports, and analytics dashboards.n
- Support testing, deployment, training, and go-live activities.n
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.n
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.n
