- Write engaging scripts, storylines and dialogues that feel natural to each individual's personality and tonality.n
- Understand each one's personality, audience and content style to develop ideas that feel authentic.n
- Build original IPs— recurring segments, characters, catchphrases, series concepts and formats that become signature and are distinct from one-off content.n
- Stay on top of new culture, trends, memes, pop culture and emerging formats.n




- Turn brand briefs into creator-first, engaging content.n
- Track content performance and use insights to improve future ideas.n
