- Work closely with end users and customers to understand business requirements and translate them into transparent functional and technical specifications.n
- Support Oracle EBS R12 Order Management and related supply chain modules, including OM, Inventory, and Pricing.n
- Analyze Oracle Order to Cash processes and provide effective techno-functional solutions.n
- Develop, review, and support PL/SQL-based solutions with strong analytical and troubleshooting ability.n
- Work on RICE components, including reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions, as required by business needs.n
- Operate effectively in a semi-structured environment where requirements and priorities may change dynamically.n
