Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Regional Coverage: Maharashtra, Gujarat and Goa
Reporting To: Project Director
Experience: 15–20 years of relevant experience
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Travel: 60-70% Travel across West Region (Maharashtra, Gujarat and Goa)
Compensation: ₹30–35 lakhs including variable component

About The Role
The Regional Project Manager (MEP) will own the day-to-day execution and delivery of multiple MEP engineering projects across Maharashtra, Goa and Gujarat. The role is designed to create a clear separation between project execution and regional business management: while the Regional Business Head focuses on strategic business development, operations, finance, and client acquisition, the Regional Project Head ensures disciplined delivery, effective stakeholder coordination, and high client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will oversee four to five concurrent projects valued approximately between ₹50
