NAbout the Role
nWeare seeking a qualified Architect with 4+ years of professional experience in architectural and interior projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong design and technical skills, be proficient in AutoCAD, and have the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
NKey Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, approval drawings, construction drawings, and interior detailing.
N
- Develop concept designsand presentation drawings.
N
- Create 3D models and renderings using SketchUp and Enscape
N
- Assist in area calculations, quantity take-offs, and BOQ preparation.
N
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and other consultants.
N
- Research and specify materials, finishes, and products.
N
- Conduct site visits andmonitor project execution.
N
- Work closely with the Principal Designer to ensure timely project delivery.
N
nRequired Skills & Qualifications
N

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
N
- Minimum 4 years of relevant architectural and interior design experience.
N
- Familiarity with architectural and interior detailing standards.
N
- Proficiency in:

- AutoCAD

- SketchUp

- Enscape

- Photoshop

- Microsoft Office
