Firstsource – Hiring AR Callers
Role: AR Caller – Physician Billing
Experience: 1–5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹43,000
Eligibility: Experienced candidates only
Interview: Walk-in
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts receivable for physician billing.
- Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims.
- Handle claim denials and rejections.
- Check claim status through payer portals.
- Identify payment issues and take necessary action.
- Work on underpaid, unpaid and denied claims.
- Maintain proper follow-up notes and meet daily targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing issues.
Skills Required:
- Physician Billing experience
- AR Calling experience
- Denial Management
- Insurance Follow-up
- Claims and Payment Posting knowledge
- Positive communication skills
