About The Role

We are looking for an Application Engineer –

- Motion Control, Servo &
- Industrial Automation to design, integrate, commission, and troubleshoot advanced automation solutions for machine builders and industrial customers.

You will work closely with OEMs, strategic customers, sales teams, and global technology experts to develop solutions using servo drives, servo motors, motion controllers, PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and industrial communication networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Design automation solutions using servo drives, motion controllers, PLCs, VFDs, and industrial networks.
- Develop motion-control concepts and automation architectures for OEM machine applications.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Conduct technical discussions, application reviews, workshops, and customer presentations.
- Develop and validate application software for PLC, HMI, motion controllers, and machine-control systems.
- Integrate PLCs, servo systems, drives, motion controllers, and industrial communication networks.
- Support prototype development, testing, commissioning, and machine start-up.
- Troubleshoot automation and motion-control issues and perform root-cause analysis.




- Conduct hardware diagnostics and system validation.
- Prepare technical proposals, application documentation, and engineering reports.
- Develop reusable application standards and engineering best practices.
- Provide technical training to customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Work closely with sales and engineering teams to support customer opportunities.

Required Skills

- Robust hands-on experience in Industrial Automation / Motion Control / Application Engineering.
- Good knowledge of:

- Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
- Industrial Automation Systems
- Mechatronics
- Machine Automation
- Industrial Communication Protocols
- Hands-on experience with:

- Root-cause analysis
- System integration
- Technical documentation/report generation

- Strong customer-facing and technical presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India, up to 80%.
