Role Description The Admission Counsellor role at GrowEasy is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the counsellor will guide prospective learners through the admission process, provide accurate information about programs and services, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. The counsellor will assess applicant needs, recommend suitable courses or pathways, and maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.

Daily tasks include follow-up with leads, coordination with internal teams, organizing counseling sessions or webinars,



and supporting conversion targets while ensuring a positive and professional experience for every applicant.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and explain complex information clearly.
- Customer service and counseling abilities, including active listening, empathy, and a consultative approach to guiding applicants.
- Basic CRM or database management skills, along with comfort using email, office productivity tools, and online communication platforms.
- Sales or admissions experience, especially in education, training, or related services, with a focus on lead follow-up and conversion.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education, business, or psychology-related fields are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
