Visiomatix Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Admission Counsellor to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their career and learning goals, explaining our courses, and converting qualified leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand students’ career goals, interests and requirements.
- Provide detailed information about Visiomatix Academy courses, programs, fees and learning structure.
- Counsel students and help them choose the right course based on their goals.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the admission process.
- Handle objections and queries professionally and build confidence in prospective students.
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the internal academic and marketing teams for a smooth student onboarding process.
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive admission experience.





Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in admission counselling, education sales, inside sales or tele-calling preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid convincing, negotiation and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents over calls.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel/Google Sheets and digital communication tools.
- Candidates with experience in EdTech, training institutes or education sales will be preferred.
