Role Description The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pimpri Chinchwad. This role oversees end-to-end AP and AR processes, including invoice verification, vendor payments, customer billing, collections, and reconciliation of accounts. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and approving expense reports, posting journal entries, monitoring cash flows, and ensuring timely closing of the books for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

The manager collaborates with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, improve processes,



and maintain compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards. The role also involves preparing financial reports, supporting audits, implementing controls to reduce errors, and guiding team members to meet operational and compliance objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to manage both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Proficiency in handling Expense Reports and related reimbursement processes in accordance with company policies.
- Experience in preparing and posting Journal Entries (Accounting) and reconciling general ledger accounts.
- Analytical Skills for reviewing financial data, identifying variances, and recommending process improvements.
- Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA equivalent) are an advantage.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software and strong MS Excel skills.
- Ability to work in office in Pimpri Chinchwad, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of local taxation, compliance requirements, and audit procedures is beneficial.
