- Assist with day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare and process invoices, expense forms, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts
- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Handle petty cash and banking transactions
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as required
- Experience with TALLY
