Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented ADP Payroll & QuickBooks Online (QBO) Specialist with 1–2 years of relevant experience. The candidate should have hands-on experience in ADP payroll processing and QuickBooks Online, along with a good understanding of payroll, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage payroll using ADP Payroll.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and process salary adjustments, deductions, overtime, and leave.
- Generate and review payroll reports and payslips.
- Handle payroll-related employee queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform bookkeeping and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Record invoices, expenses, payments, receipts, and other accounting transactions.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations in QBO.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Coordinate with HR and finance teams for payroll and accounting-related matters.




- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company financial information.
- Assist with month-end reporting and other accounting tasks as required.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in payroll and bookkeeping/accounting.
- Hands-on experience with ADP Payroll and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Good understanding of payroll processing and basic accounting principles.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle confidential information.

Salary

₹25,000–₹27,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
