Outbound calls: Initiate contact with potential and existing customers to promote products/services, explain perks, and generate sales or leads.
Inbound calls: Receive and handle incoming calls to address customer questions, resolve issues, and provide support.
Sales and lead generation: Persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments, and follow up with leads.
Customer relationship management: Build customer relationships, gather feedback, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Record keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, call outcomes, and sales data.
Problem-solving:



Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.

Required skills and qualifications
Communication skills: Excellent verbal communication, listening, and persuasive speaking abilities are essential.
Organizational skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and handle time effectively.
Customer service orientation: A qualified and helpful attitude to manage inquiries and complaints.
Sales skills: Ability to understand customer needs, overcome objections, and drive sales.
Technical proficiency: Competence in using call scripts, maintaining databases, and other relevant software.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is often a minimum requirement.
