2 + years experience in CTVS ICU, Cardiac OT, or Cardiology CCU
Immediate Post-Op Management: Receive patients from the OR, transfer to ICU monitors, establish ventilators, and manage arterial lines, CVP lines, and Swan-Ganz catheters.
Hemodynamic Monitoring: Continuously monitor ECG, blood pressure, SPO2, and heart rhythms to promptly detect arrhythmias, hypotension, or hypertension.
Drainage Management: Monitor, measure, and manage chest tube drainage hourly, checking for signs of excessive bleeding or cardiac tamponade.
Medication Administration: Administer inotropes, vasopressors, antiarrhythmics, anticoagulants, and sedatives based on doctor orders and patient hemodynamics.
Ventilator Management: Manage mechanical ventilation, perform weaning,



and facilitate early extubation in accordance with ERACS (Enhanced Recovery After Cardiac Surgery) protocols.
Wound and Infection Control: Maintain strict aseptic techniques for sterile dressing changes and care of invasive lines.
Assessment and Documentation: Conduct hourly physical assessments (neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory, renal) and maintain detailed, accurate documentation.
Patient Education: Educate patients and families on postoperative precautions, pain management, and activity restrictions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
