Job description:
1. Client Calling & Follow-ups_:
Handle inbound & outbound calls for visa inquiriesFollow up with existing leads and convert them into active casesMaintain proper lead tracking recordsBuild solid client relationships
2. Client Consultation_:
Understand client travel requirementsExplain visa procedures, timelines, and documentation requirementsGuide clients on eligibility and country-specific rulesProvide accurate information and build trust
Marketing Support:
Assist in digital marketing campaigns (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)Generate leads through online platformsSupport promotional activitiesHelp in content coordination and basic branding activities
Operations Support:
Maintain client records and MISCoordinate with branches for documentationSupport backend visa processing activitiesEnsure smooth workflow between sales and operations

Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
