nWhat You'll Do:

Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM business processes, organizational structures, security roles, and workforce management functionalities.n
Support Workday modules including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management.n
Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and data extracts to meet business and compliance requirements.n
Manage and support integrations between Workday, ADP, perks providers, identity management platforms, and other enterprise applications.n




Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Advantages, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements.n
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday functional and integration-related issues in a timely manner.n
Perform data validation, testing, and quality assurance activities for system enhancements, upgrades, and releases.n
Support Workday security administration, user access management, and compliance requirements.n
Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency, automation, and user experience.n
Participate in Workday release management activities, evaluating recent features and recommending adoption where appropriate.n
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.n
