Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or offers.
Handle inbound customer calls to resolve queries and provide relevant information.
Maintain and update customer data in the system with accuracy.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Prepare and maintain call logs, reports, and other necessary records on a computer.
Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Provide feedback and insights to the management for process improvement.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
