Position Overview
We are looking for experienced Sr. Technical Consultants with solid hands-on Service Now expertise for project-wise deployment with HCLTech. The positions are focused on specialized Service Now areas including AI/CRM/CSM, Creator Workflows, and CRM/CSM.
The ideal candidate should have robust technical consulting experience, Service Now configuration expertise, accelerator development experience, demo/lab instance configuration capabilities, technical documentation skills, and the ability to support customer-facing enablement and coaching activities
Service Now CSA and relevant CIS certification are mandatory for all positions.
