We are expanding across India and looking for Business Development Executives to drive B2 B customer acquisition and business onboarding.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for identifying potential businesses, meeting business owners, presenting Fin Vedik Gold Biz solutions, converting prospects, and helping onboard new customers.
This is a field-oriented B2 B sales role, requiring regular visits to jewellery and gold & silver businesses.
Key Responsibilities




Identify and develop current B2 B sales opportunities within the assigned territory. Visit jewellery shops, gold buyers, silver businesses, bullion traders, and other potential customers. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for business owners. Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant Fin Vedik Gold Biz solutions. Negotiate and convert qualified prospects into customers. Collect business information, product catalogs, offers, and other details required for onboarding. Maintain lead, follow-up, and conversion records using CRM/Google Sheets. Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales and onboarding targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers. Gather customer feedback, competitor information, and market insights. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Required Skills
Robust communication and interpersonal skills. Valuable spoken English and Hindi. Telugu or other local language is an advantage. Confident
