Roles and Responsibilities:
Student Counseling & Support: Providing personalized guidance on admission procedures, program offerings, and career goals to prospective students and parents.
Recruitment & Outreach: Representing the school at education fairs, high school visits, and community events to attract recent students.
Relationship Management: Building, maintaining, and fostering relationships with prospective students, families, and high school counselors.
Key Skills Required:
Communication: Robust interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse families.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of school policies, academic programs, and, for high schools, familiarity with college admission requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
