Role Overview

We are seeking a Forex Mentor to join our Bengaluru branch. The mentor will provide guidance and training in financial market trading to students through one-on-one and group sessions. The role involves developing personalized learning plans, conducting live trading practice, and fostering a supportive learning workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver one-on-one and group mentorship sessions for traders at various skill levels.:
Share proven trading strategies, market analysis techniques, and risk management principles.:
Conduct live trading sessions, webinars, and workshops.:
Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to mentees.:
Monitor mentees’ progress, provide feedback,



and refine their trading approaches.:
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and training materials.:
Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as an active Forex trader and trainer.:
Prior mentorship, teaching, or coaching experience (preferably in trading, finance, or business).:
Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex trading concepts.:
Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Hindi/Kannada/Malayalam is advantage).:
Solid understanding of technical and fundamental market analysis.:
High emotional intelligence, patience, and a genuine interest in student success.:
Ability to work independently and maintain a professional online presence.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Experience with trading platforms such as MT4, MT5.:
