ABOUT THE ROLE

As a People Operations Executive, you will be a pillar of our corporate foundation, working closely with the Head - People Management. This role requires balancing the empathetic “human” side of People Operations with the rigorous, data-driven standards of the financial services sector. You are a culture champion and a forensic auditor of our human capital,



expected to exercise the highest standards of discretion while driving talent sourcing, policy architecture, and a world-class employee experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Talent Sourcing & Experience
Recruitment Lifecycle: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, from inclusive job descriptions to high-velocity sourcing on LinkedIn and specialized networks.
Employer Branding: Represent Capitalflex in local and digital communities to build a sustainable pipeline of high-potential talent.
People Operations & Policy Management
Policy & Governance: Support the Head - People Management in developing and maintaining policies aligned with labor laws and startup culture.
HRMS/HRIS Administration: Own the People Operations platform, ensuring data integrity, real-time reporting, and a seamless digital interface.
Confidentiality: Act as the custodian of sensitive data, maintaining a “clean room” minds
