Job Responsibilities - Chemistry Faculty (NEET / JEE)
Teaching & Academic Delivery:
Deliver classroom lectures for Chemistry (Physical, Organic, and Inorganic) for NEET / JEE students.
Explain concepts clearly and ensure solid conceptual understanding.
Complete the syllabus within the planned academic schedule.
Content Preparation:
Prepare lecture plans, notes, assignments, and practice worksheets.
Develop and update study material as per NEET / JEE exam pattern.
Create question banks, DPPs (Daily Practice Problems), and test papers.
Student Performance Monitoring:
Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and assignments.
Evaluate answer sheets and provide feedback for improvement.
Identify weak students and provide extra academic support.
Doubt Solving & Mentoring:
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions regularly.
Guide students on exam strategy, time management, and preparation techniques.
Motivate and mentor students for academic excellence.
Academic Planning & Coordination:




Follow institute academic planner and teaching schedule.
Coordinate with academic team and centre head for syllabus progress.
Attend faculty meetings, training sessions, and academic discussions.
Classroom Management:
Maintain discipline and a positive learning setting.
Ensure proper attendance tracking of students.
Maintain skilled conduct in classroom and institute.
Result & Performance Responsibility:
Work towards improving student performance and institute results.
Take responsibility for academic outcomes of assigned batches.
Administrative Support:
Maintain academic records and student progress reports.
Support institute in academic activities like seminars, workshops, and parent meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
