We are looking for a General Physician to join our innovative hybrid clinic. You will serve as the primary, in-person clinical lead, treating common ailments while leveraging our network of remote specialists via video for complex cases. You will have the autonomy to decide when a case requires a specialist and which specific expert to consult.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Care: Treat common, "everyday" diseases and minor ailments (colds, flu, minor infections, routine check-ups) that do not require specialist intervention.
Specialist Coordination: Identify cases that exceed the scope of general practice and initiate video consultations with our remote specialists.
Specialist Selection: Use professional judgment to select the most appropriate specialist from our network based on the patient’s specific condition.
Clinical Bridge: Act as the "hands-on" presence for the remote specialist, performing physical exams or procedures as directed during the video call.
Patient Advocacy:



Help patients navigate the teleconsultation process and explain specialist recommendations clearly.

Required Qualifications
Education: MD or DO degree.
License: Active state medical license and board certification (Family or Internal Medicine).
Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using video conferencing tools and electronic health records (EHR).
Clinical Judgment: Strong ability to triage and decide when to escalate a case to a specialist.

Work Environment
In-Person Attendance: This is an in office role. You must be physically present at the clinic to manage patients and coordinate the tele-visits.
Team-oriented Tech: You will be supported by high-definition video technology to connect with a wide range of specialists instantly.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 28.0 per week
