Ticketing Agent - Amadeus Expert & Sales Expert (1+ Years Experience)

We're seeking a highly motivated Ticketing Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll leverage your Amadeus expertise to process travel bookings efficiently and accurately, while also utilizing your sales skills to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
Utilize Amadeus reservation software to create and manage travel bookings (flights, hotels, car rentals) for our clients.

Process ticket sales for various travel options, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Effectively communicate with customers to understand their travel needs and recommend the best options.

Upsell and cross-sell additional travel services to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

Provide clear and concise answers to customer inquiries regarding travel schedules, fares, and policies.





Maintain a high level of organization and accuracy in all ticketing and booking processes.

Resolve customer concerns and issues in a qualified and timely manner.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Amadeus reservation software.

Proven ability to navigate Amadeus efficiently and effectively to process complex travel bookings.

Solid understanding of travel industry products and services (flights, hotels, car rentals).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Outstanding sales skills, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations and maximizing sales opportunities.

Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation.
