Job Summary
The Placement Officer - Paramedical will spearhead placements for paramedical students (e.g., nursing, lab technicians, radiology, physiotherapy) by forging ties with hospitals, diagnostic labs, clinics, and healthcare institutes. The role involves sourcing students from partner institutes, securing placements, tracking student outcomes, managing data, and sustaining long-term alumni connections.

Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic labs, clinics, medical institutes, and healthcare organizations for internships, jobs, and training opportunities.
Source paramedical students from affiliated institutes and coordinate their profiles for placement drives.
Organize campus recruitment events, job fairs, walk-ins, and virtual interviews tailored to paramedical roles.
Manage the full placement cycle: student registrations, skill assessments, interview scheduling, offer negotiations, and onboarding support.




Track placed students' progress (e.g., employment status, promotions, feedback) using CRM tools and maintain an updated database of student records, placements, and alumni contacts.
Conduct follow-up communications with placed students and employers to ensure satisfaction, gather testimonials, and identify repeat hiring prospects.
Deliver pre-placement training on paramedical-specific skills like clinical interviews, lab protocols, patient care simulations, and regulatory compliance (e.g., NABH standards).
Analyze placement data (e.g., placement rates, salary trends, sector-wise outcomes) and report to leadership for process improvements.
