Job PurposeTo oversee daily laboratory operations, coordinate testing activities, ensure smooth workflow between chemists, technicians, and reporting staff, and maintain compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsible for organizing documentation, scheduling, and ensuring timely delivery of test results. Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule laboratory testing activities for construction materials. 2. Supervise chemists and lab technicians to ensure adherence to testing protocols. 3. Monitor equipment usage, calibration, and maintenance schedules. 4. Ensure compliance with ISO, ASTM, BIS, and other relevant standards. 5. Review and validate test results before submission to reporting teams. 6.



Maintain laboratory records (softcopy and hardcopy) for audits and inspections. 7. Implement and enforce safety and hygiene protocols in the laboratory. 8. Liaise with project teams to prioritize urgent testing requirements. 9. Support procurement of lab consumables and ensure stock availability. 10. Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and documentation formats.
