Role Description_

This is a Junior Executive - Production role located in office in Chennai at Micro Genomics India (Pvt) Ltd. The Junior Executive - Production will be responsible for:
1. Inventory awareness and accountability_
Checking the raw materials availability in the main inventory
Checking the lot numbers and expiry dates of the raw materials for planning the batches of the manufacturing
Calculating the reactions per batch based on the order level.
2.Planning and processing_
Planning the manufacturing and preparing the stock solutions if needed.
Preparing the stickers and sterilizing the consumables and stickers
Planning decontamination of the rooms and hoods
3.Manufacturing the products according to the protocol_
4.Quality check and Packaging_




QC check of the manufacture products according to the QC checklists
Packaging the manufactured items according to the Packaging checklist, including the secondary packaging of all items included in the kit
Updating the inventory of the manufacture products and the manufacturing and packaging logs
5.Documentation_ - Filling the checklists and logs
6.Inventory_- update the manufactured goods stock for the daily inventory submission.
Education_

Master's in life sciences
M Tech
M Sc. - Biotechnology & Genetic Engineering
M Sc. - Molecular Biology

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience:_

required at least one year experience in Manufacturing workplace.
