Senior Operations & Billing Specialist

8+ Years Experience | High Excel Proficiency

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Operations & Billing Specialist to manage data integrity and reporting across multiple sites. You will be the bridge between site operations and final financial reporting.

The Role
Audit & Verify: Ensure raw data from various sites is accurate and compliant.
Analyze & Compile: Transform site data into organized, high-level reports.
Billing & Reporting: Prepare qualified bills and performance reports for stakeholders.
Coordinate: Act as the central point of contact for site managers to streamline data flow.

Must-Haves
8+ years of skilled experience in data, billing, or operations.
Advanced Excel Skills:



(Lookups, pivots, and data visualization).
Solid Communication: Ability to manage and coordinate with multiple remote sites.

Highly Desirable
Direct experience working with or for the government sector.
Direct experience of working in the Infra/ Construction sector

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:
Microsoft Excel: 4 years (required)
Government Contract: 4 years (preferred)
Construction / Infra: 4 years (preferred)
