Key Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions. Assess students’ interests, skills, strengths, and personality traits. Provide guidance on career options, courses, and higher education opportunities. Assist in resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies. Organize career workshops, seminars, and training sessions. Stay updated with industry trends, job market demands, and educational programs.



Coordinate with educational institutions and employers for placement opportunities. Maintain records of counseling sessions and follow-ups.
