We are looking for a Production & Quality Executive with a strong background in food manufacturing to oversee daily production operations and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor food safety & quality standards across production.
Ensure quality checks for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
Maintain batch records, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
Conduct internal audits and manage CAPA.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and regulatory requirements.
Supervise daily production activities (processing, roasting, blending, packing).
Monitor manpower, machine performance, and production efficiency.
Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and dispatch teams.




Prepare and maintain MIS reports in Excel.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science / Food Technology (mandatory).
Minimum 2 years of experience in food production and/or quality.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reports & data analysis).
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
