Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
Classroom Instruction:
Deliver engaging, interactive, and well-structured lessons, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to facilitate understanding of core concepts

Student Assessment:
Create and administer a range of formative and summative assessments such as tests, quizzes, projects, and assignments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback for academic improvement.

Individualized Student Support:
Offer tailored guidance and academic support to accommodate students' diverse learning styles, abilities, and needs, promoting inclusive learning outcomes.

Classroom Management:
Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment. Set explicit behavioral expectations, enforce discipline when necessary, and encourage collaboration and mutual respect among students.

Parent Communication:
Maintain consistent and transparent communication with parents/guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and overall development through regular meetings and progress reports.

Career development:




Engage in continuous professional growth by staying updated with the latest trends in commerce education, pedagogical strategies, and assessment methodologies.

Qualifications:
Academic:Post Graduate in Botany/ Zoology/ Life Sciences/ Bio Sciences/Molecular Biology provided they have studied Botany and Zoology at Graduation level with B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education)

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching experience in CBSE-affiliated schools or Coaching Institutes for taking classes for IIT-JEE & NEET & Competitive exam Preparation etc.
