Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in Chit Fund / NBFC / Banking / Financial Services.

Salary: Up to 15% hike on current CTC (based on experience, performance)

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and enroll customers into various chit schemes.
Generate leads through field visits, references, and local market networking.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by the branch.
Explain chit schemes, payment terms,



and advantages clearly to customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing subscribers for renewals and referrals.
Coordinate with branch operations team for documentation and onboarding formalities.
Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance adherence.
Conduct regular market surveys to identify current business opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
