Role Overview:
Conduct individual and group career counselling sessions
Administer and interpret aptitude assessments
Guide students in course and college selection
Create personalized career development plans
Conduct workshops and seminars
Maintain counselling records and student progress

Eligibility:
Master’s degree in Psychology / Education / Career Counselling or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in career counselling or educational guidance preferred
