Job Title: Sales Executive - Ortho Support Products

About Us:
Encare Medical Devices Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of surgical disposables. We are expanding into Ortho Support & Rehabilitation Products (cervical collars, LS belts, knee supports, etc.) and are building a dedicated sales team across Kerala._

Role Overview:
Responsible for promoting ortho support products to orthopaedic doctors, hospitals, clinics, and retail medical shops, and building a strong dealer network across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote ortho support products to orthopaedic doctors, nurses & clinics
Develop and expand dealer / distributor network across Kerala
Cover hospitals, ortho clinics, and retail medical shops
Achieve sales targets and ensure product visibility
Maintain solid customer relationships

Eligibility Criteria:




Minimum 2 years sales experience (medical / hospital / FMCG preferred)
Degree (Science background preferred; MBA is an advantage)
Fluency in Malayalam and English
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Word
Hospital exposure is an added advantage
Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license

Desired Skills:
Solid communication and presentation skills
Target-oriented and self-driven
Willing to travel across assigned territories

Compensation:
Market-competitive salary + incentives + travel allowance

Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
