Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily administrative activities of the executive offices.
Responsibilities include juggling phone calls, handling mail, and offering administrative advice when needed.
Proxy to our CEO, Alok Bhatia
Convert the transcript of audio files into word document.
Proofreading documents, checking for grammatical errors, etc.




Help with the logistics for events. Like printing workbooks, courier of the documents, ordering refreshments for the class (online).
Take care of the Indian residential properties by renting them out and help maintain the properties.
Traveling to different parts of India to take care of the Indian properties.
Make travel arrangements by booking travel tickets, booking hotel, web check
in before boarding the flight, etc.
Online purchases through Amazon or different websites.
Buy a gift for someone (online).
Make an appointment or book meetings and add them on Google calendar.
Help in purchasing groceries (online).
Ordering stationery and office equipment (online).
Paying bills online.
Going to the bank to deposit checks or submitting documents, in India.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
