Plan and implement programs to train employees in Unit and Region wise with the help of HR Heads. Coordinate the purchasing of fire extinguisher, first aid box, PPE’s with SCM and Unit heads. Follow up and train to all employees through HSE PPT, SOP, Dos & Don’ts, HSE hand books with guidelines & checklist and Formats. Safety inspections and training in all units. Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports from all regional HSE staffs and forward monthly report from regional units. Lead the investigation of accidents, injuries and give the recommendation to region. Coordinate emergency response procedures and to conduct mock drill
