Position: Designer/Architect
Meet prospective clients and understand requirements.
Use preset design catalogues + mockups to pitch.
Create quick renders/mockups for customization.
Close sales and upsell add-ons (furniture, decor, lighting).

Skills Required:
Degree/background in interior/architecture/landscape design.
Communication + persuasion skills.
Proficiency in SketchUp/AutoCAD/Enscape/Lumion.
Customer empathy and selling ability.
