Responsibilities:
Process Operations

Operate refinery equipment such as distillation columns, reactors, pumps, compressors, and heat exchangers.

Ensure refining processes run efficiently within defined parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates).

Equipment Monitoring

Continuously monitor control panels and operational systems.

Identify deviations, malfunctions, or abnormal readings.

Take immediate corrective actions during process upsets.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance

Perform first-level troubleshooting of refinery equipment.

Carry out basic maintenance activities as required.

Report major or complex issues to the Maintenance team.

Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

Quality Assurance

Conduct routine sampling and testing of refined products.

Ensure output meets specified quality standards.

Adjust process parameters to maintain consistency and quality.

Safety & Compliance





Follow all company safety policies, health standards, and environmental regulations.

Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and refinery-specific safety protocols.

Participate in emergency response activities to mitigate risks.

Record-Keeping & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of operational data including production, equipment performance, and incidents.

Prepare and submit daily operational reports to supervisors.

Team Collaboration

Coordinate with operators, technicians, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.

Participate in shift handovers to ensure continuity and clarity of operations.

Emergency Response

Execute emergency procedures to minimize risk, damage, and production loss.

Pay: ₹9,310.85 - ₹94,864.00 per month
