Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, creative, and highly organised Executive -Events and Activationto join our Centrio Mall Marketing Team. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing high-impact events and brand activations to enhance the shopper experience, increase footfall, and drive commercial success. You will manage end-to-end event operations, from concept to dismantling, ensuring all activities align with the mall’s marketing calendar.
Event Planning & Execution: Plan and execute monthly community events, weekend activations, festive decorations, and thematic promotions to increase mall footfall.
Brand Activation & Sales: Coordinate with brands for product demonstrations, pop-ups, and experiential kiosks to maximize BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing revenue.
Vendor & Agency Management: Liaise with event agencies, vendors, and suppliers for setup, fabrication, sound, lighting, and decoration, ensuring high-quality delivery within budget.
Operational Compliance: Coordinate permissions, safety compliance,



and NOCs from local authorities and mall management for all on-ground activities.
Performance Reporting: Track and analyze the success of campaigns, prepare detailed post-event reports (including ROI, footfall, and retailer feedback), and present findings to management.
Tenant Engagement: Support retail tenants with in-store launches or store-front activations, aligning their promotions with the overall mall marketing strategy. I

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, activation, or marketing (experience in a mall, retail, or entertainment industry is a major plus).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Skills: Robust organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
Attributes: High energy, creative, and able to work under pressure.
